White Honey Watermelon Blend combines naturally creamy white honey, produced from Salm blossoms in South Shouneh, with carefully freeze-dried watermelon to create a smooth texture and a fresh, distinctive summer taste.

Fresh watermelon is approximately 95% water. For this reason, preparing the amount of freeze-dried watermelon used with every 100 kilograms of creamy white honey requires approximately 150 kilograms of fresh watermelon before freeze-drying. This process removes most of the water while preserving as much of the watermelon’s natural color and flavor as possible.

We intentionally selected a less-sweet watermelon variety so that the watermelon provides the flavor, while the honey provides the sweetness. This creates a more balanced blend with a clear watermelon character, without adding sugar, sweeteners, artificial flavors, or colors.

This product is especially enjoyable when served chilled. Cooling gives the blend a more refreshing taste and allows the watermelon flavor to stand out more clearly. Enjoy it directly by the spoonful, with toast, cream cheese, yogurt, or granola, or add it to smoothies and cold drinks.
