After harvest, the entire batch is sent to the Jordanian Beekeepers Association, which holds it for testing.
A representative sample of the whole batch is sent to an accredited lab under a serial number and tested against the international honey quality standard:
Once the sample passes, the honey is machine-filled at the Beekeepers Association, and every jar is sealed and given its own QR code.
