Eucalyptus Honeycomb Honey is one of the limited-production products we offer at BeeWay. During the flowering season, we relocate our bee colonies to the desert landscapes of Wadi Rum, where they forage exclusively on the nectar of Eucalyptus blossoms to produce a true single-origin honey.

Although many products are marketed as Eucalyptus honey, producing genuine single-origin Eucalyptus honey requires extensive areas dominated by Eucalyptus trees, away from mixed floral sources. For this reason, its production in Jordan remains limited and depends on both the unique desert environment and the beekeeper’s expertise.

This honey is known by different names around the world, including Eucalyptus Honey and, in some regions, Camphor Honey, reflecting the various local names used for the same tree.

It features a medium amber color, a rich texture, and a distinctive flavor with smooth caramel-like notes, complemented by a pleasant aromatic finish that sets it apart from most other honey varieties.

Eucalyptus honey has long been recognized as one of the most popular honey varieties for supporting respiratory health. It is traditionally enjoyed during the colder months to help soothe the throat and promote respiratory comfort. It also naturally contains MGO (Methylglyoxal), a bioactive compound with antibacterial properties that contributes to some of honey’s naturally occurring antimicrobial activity.
