Salam honey with its comb (honeycomb) is a unique experience that we provide for the first time at Beeway, where Salam trees (Prosopis) grow and bloom during the spring season. It is a rich honey with a distinctive character in taste and a lovely flavor. It is offered with its honeycomb in half-kilo packs to be consumed in chunks by chewing the honeycomb, extracting it, and then discarding it.
