A lot of honey cheaters produce adulterated honey by cooking method using a range of raw materials and various varieties without bees being partners at any stage of production.
This is done by cooking the raw materials and heating them to high temperatures, up to boiling point and more.
One of the things that the consumer does not know is the cheating of natural honey conforming to specifications and standards by some beekeepers by heating honey to high temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius to prevent the occurrence of what is known as the crystallization phenomenon (honey freezing ).
We have already been exposed to this phenomenon in many articles and stressed that the crystallization of honey (its freezing) is an indication that this honey is natural and a natural property of natural honey.
This property is undesirable for many consumers either because they do not know the correct information and believe that crystallized honey is adulterated honey or because they do not prefer to eat honey with this consistency .
